Arctic Animals
Lesson: Understanding the World
Class: Nursery Year: 2024 - 2025
We have been learning all about arctic animals in Nursery. We have read 'Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear?' by Bill Martin Jr and Eric Carle.
We have enjoyed acting out the story with masks and we have listened to the real animals and the sounds that they make.
We also celebrated National Penguin Awareness Day on 20th January. We know that the ice is melting and penguins will not have a home in the future due to Global Warming.
